31-Aug-09 Akeem Onatade Nigeria It is my sincere advice that the institute should focus on revenue assurance and product development training for members in the coming year.The reason for this is that, revenue assurance professionals in Telco industries are privileged to know the product(s) that are doing well in the market through subscribers usage patterns, therefore they are in a better position to use the historical data of subscribers to develop good and revenue generating product(s) for his or her company.  To this end, a revenue assurance professional should not limit himself to preventing revenue leakage but also be a think-tank person on how to generate more revenue to the company.
