No operational area, and no billing system is more critical to most telcos than the prepaid system. Prepaid billing systems are relatively new, incredibly complex and difficult to assure. The GRAPA Standard Practices identify 4  main areas of prepaid assurance, Traffic Assurance, Payment Channel Assurance, Rating Assurance and Account Management Assurance.
