What are the right Key Performance Indicators to use for your revenue assurance efforts? What do you measure? How do you measure it? How do you figure out what the right ones are for your situation?
 
Few topics in the revenue assurance universe are more “loaded” with controversy and contention than this one. 
 
But why is this topic such a controversial one? Probably because the revenue assurance job itself is big, multi-dimensional, often politically loaded and always open to criticism.
 
Developing the right KPIs, and getting everyone to understand them, agree to them and pursue them is a challenging job.
